Email with Options and feedback from approver

I made an approval flow and use the Email with Options connector. I want to capture the response/ comments of the approver, Is there a way to add a comments/ feedback space in the Email with Options connector. Great help if someone answer this. Thanks!

    Do you want to add the comments in approval to the email?
