how to give if condition in create item in automate flow based on true/false selection in PVachatbot to store data in sharepoint

Hopefully I understand your requirement correctly. But as far as I understand you want to check the answer to a boolean type of question from PVA in a cloud flow.
Below is a simple example which hopefully will get you started?
I am just setting a variable in the If Yes. You could replace that action by a Create Item action of SharePoint.
1. Topic in PVA. This uses a boolean type of question which is mapped to a yes/no input of the trigger action in the flow
2. The cloud flow uses a yes/no input field. The value of that field is checked in a condition (by using is equal to true).
