I am having trouble setting up a flow in Power Automate. I have an MS Form to track PPE requests for our site, which includes questions like Requestor Name, Requested Date, and PPE Required (with selectable options). I’ve also created an Excel table with headings such as "PPE Required" (listing all PPE items) and "Quantity Required."
I would like to create a flow that automatically reduces the quantity of a selected PPE by 1 each time a request is submitted via the MS Form. Additionally, I want the flow to send a high-priority email when the stock of any PPE drops below 5, prompting a restock order.
For example:
Gloves: 5
Hat: 10
If a request is submitted for gloves, the flow should reduce the stock of gloves by 1, leaving a balance of 4. Since the stock is now below 5, a high-priority email should be sent with a message like, "Order more Gloves."
