I was interested in finding out more about how PVA can be used / do beyond the ask and receive chat bot function.
Would PVA be able to edit certain documents? e.g. can the PVA edit a risk if I tell it to update a column?
Can it send requests? e.g. Would I be able to receive requests / accept requests?
Can PVA manage distribution lists?
This would all be done by using the PVA add on Microsoft Teams. I'd love to find out what can be done with the PVA integration and if there are any other things it can do.

Would Power Automate be included in the MS Teams add on for PVA? or would this be separate?
Is PVA able to be linked to Smartsheets? and create direct edits to the sheets?
PVA itself doesn't have that kind of capability. But a PVA bot can call a Power Automate flow that should be able to do most of those things. The bot would be responsible for fielding the request via the Teams Chat window based on keywords that are typed in. It could then ask for additional information if necessary. Once it has all the necessary information it could then invoke a flow to make the change. Here's an article that discusses how it works.
