I am interested in importing an excel spreadsheet into a document library and then using flow to convert that into a SharePoint list. Is there any way to do this?

May I know where is your excel file stored? Also, did you also need flow to first upload the excel file to the document library? If so, I think this cannot be achieved so far in flow.

It would have been ideal for flow to upload the file but if that is not possible, I'd be content with uploading the file from oneDrive. My ultimate goal is to automatically bring in spreadsheets and store them as SharePoint lists, but I am open to alternative ideas.

You need to have at least one trigger connection where you manually upload the file to.
