    Hi @agnbaker,

Do you want to put those response into a PDF file and then send it to your service group as an attachment file?

I have made a test on my side and please take a try with the following workaround:

    • Add a "When a new response is submitted" trigger.
    • Add a "Apply to each", input parameter set to output of the trigger.
    • Within "Apply to each", add a "Get response details" action. Then add a "Create HTML table" action, From set to output of the trigger, Include headers set to Yes, Columns set to Custom:5.JPG

Add a "Convert HTML to PDF" action of Muhimbi PDF connector, Source URL or HTML field set to output of "Create HTML table" action.

Add a "Send an email" action, Attachments Name field set to Response.pdf and Attachments Content set to Processed file content dynamic content of "Convert HTML to PDF" action.

The flow works successfully as below:8.JPG

    Hi Kris,

Thank you for the response above. Is there a way to create a PDF that looks any nicer? When I create the table with all responses, they all come out horizontally and it ends up being really small font and the PDF has only one row filled up and the rest is white space. Is there a way to create the table so that it lays out vertically?

I have created a similar blog post.

With regards to Formatting, in Muhimbi "Convert HTML to PDF" action you can create Tables using HTML tags (sky is the limit when it comes to HTML).

    Hi @agnbaker ,

You can create a HTML file and use Concat to add your dynamic content save it as HTML and then save it as PDF.

The video here might help you.
