I have PAD flows on my local PC. I want to have someone in a different country run them on their local machine. How can I share the flows so they can run on their local machine. I don't want to copy the flow to a text files. I have had problems with this method in that the UI elements don't get preserved. Do I need a different type of account that uses Power Automate in the cloud. TIA

I have the same question (0)

Log in to the Power Automate cloud portal (Microsoft Power Automate), select 'Desktop flow', choose the flow you wish to share, click the 'Share' button, enter your colleague's name, and share it with the option 'Run only user', as shown in the screenshot.

Note: It is assumed that you possess a premium license and can access the Power Automate cloud portal using the same credentials as your desktop flow.

As per my understanding yes both users would require premium license. But you may give shot without premium license for your colleague and see whether it works.
