Hey everyone,

I have a form that asks for their Warehouse ID. All of this info goes to an MS List. I also have a MS list with all warehouse information (ID, address ect). I want to be able to send an email with the WH address. So somehow i would need flow to look for the WH ID provided from responses in another list. Is this possible? I hope i explained it right.

Thanks

    Hi @Charliemacdmv

    Thank you for posting.

According to your description, you would like to send email with WH address, but it’s stored in listB. We need to find this address based on response stored in another listA. If any misunderstanding, please kindly let me know.

So based on my understanding, I created two list. One is collection of responses and another one is used to store WH ID and its email address.

    ListA:

    ListB:

    Flow overview:

Flow in detail (Condition is used to compare WH ID between two list and help to find email address accordingly)

Once tested, I’m able to send email to that WH.

Hope the content above may help you.

Thank you for the response. That's sorta what I wanted. I wanted to be able to grab the physical warehouse address from the list and send that in an email.  So response says WH ID is 12345.  Then we reference the second list and grab the WH address for 12345 and populate it in an email.  Is that a little clearer? Thanks for your time.

    Hi @Charliemacdmv

    Thank you for your explanation.

If that’s the case, we’d better modify part of the flow.

List A to collect response details(You can add several other columns as required.):

List B to find according WH address based on ID.

    Flow overview:

For the first 4 steps, they are all the same.

For the updated steps(Please pay attention to the painted part 😞

After testing, I’m able to receive email with address information.
