Copying outlook email to shared folder based on a list of contacts

I would like to create the following flow:

  1. When a new email arrives in my inbox
  2. Check if that email is from a specified list of contacts
  3. If the above is true, send a copy of that email to a shared folder

Any thoughts on the best way to go about this? I'm not sure how to check a list of contacts.

Thanks in advance!

but when you says shared folder you mean save the email as file in a sharepoint folder? if is yes unfortunally you can't do this my friend.

    Thank you @ChristianAbata !

It's just based off of my contacts in outlook, not sharepoint. Do you know what action will allow me to create a copy of that email and place it in a shared folder?

Just to add to the above, I have to copy it to another email folder shared within our organization (outside of my own personal inbox).

@camille_  sorry my friend you can't copy an email to a folder outsite your email, you just can move the emails into folders created in your onw mail box.
