Outstanding approvals not showing on web

Hi,

i have a user who has some outstanding approval requests to complete , some of them are a cpl of months old and she stil has the email , but when she goes into the web to work through them nothing is showing for her to approve ..

when i go in and check all runs it only goes back a cpl of weeks ...

does the Flow time out and have an expriry time of some sort ?

i have aksed her to try work one of them through using the email she has been sent to see what that does and if it kicks of the process again , but not heard back yet and cant see anything in the runs

think i may have answered my own question ....

looks like 30 day timeout,
is this at each stage or for the complete run total , i have a 5 stage approval process in the workflow , so could possibly run longer than the 30 days ,
also is there a way to increase this timeout ?

Currently there is no way to have approvals run for longer than 30 days. I believe that this is something the Flow team is looking at as an enhancement.

Hi Scott,
thanks for the confimration , thats a bit of a bummer , 30 days is never enough i dont think ..

hopefully they bring something else out , and soon..

do you know if there is a way to start the process again , apaprt from resubmitting the entry everytime ?
