How can I remove the red highlighted tags to avoid overlapping words when building a table?

I have an invoice with a water mark and when I map the table the system is automatically detecting the word copy in the back ground surrounded by a red box which gives this error:

You have tagged some words multiple times. To continue, please resize or remove the highlighted tags to avoid overlapping words.

It does not seem possible to select this red box and the only way that I have found to get rid of it is to delete the rows which intersect the the watermark which then makes the the rows incorrect.

Does anybody know how to solve this?

    Hi @Garethterb ,

You can try clinking the red highlighted tag , that will take you the tag on the right hand column,

right click on the tag and click on remove tag.

    hope so this helps.

Thanks @PaulMatha , that's what I thought as well but there does not seem to be a way to actually select this box, I have also tried in advance mode and there are no tags displayed on the right only the table.

    hi @Garethterb,

ok then the only option would be to delete the invoice and re add it to the AI model.

Thanks @PaulMatha that's a shame as it effectively means that I can't properly map this invoice then as every version that I have has the watermark and therefore the same issue. I have so far loaded 8 different ones and they all have the same problem.

Hi Gareth, Sorry to hear that you're hitting the issue. We'll continue improving that "grid tagging" experience in the next few weeks to prevent it from selecting words more than once. In the interim, you can switch to "advanced tagging" (a.k.a. cell by cell tagging) to manually tag cells one by one. It's a bit more time consuming but it provides you with an opportunity to exactly tag what you need when your line items are not in a grid, or if the grid experience is not working for a specific use case. You'll need to manually click on cells 1 by 1 to add words for that cell. See help at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/ai-builder/create-form-processing-model#use-the-advanced-tagging-mode. Do let us know if that helps

    Thanks for the info @antoinec.

As mention the advanced tagged does not work either as it is not possible to select the correct text when there is overlapping text and there is now way that I can find to send the watermark to the background so as to be able to select the actual text.

Ah sorry for missing that part of your earlier replies. It definitely looks like we have room for improvement there as well. I've been able to reproduce your issue. We'll see what we can do in the next few weeks to address these cases in product. Sorry for the inconvenience, I'm not sure that there are other work arounds I can offer at this stage.

Hi @Garethterb , We've identified several product changes which we think would address issues you've surfaced. We'd love to be able to verify that they actually work for your concrete use cases. Would you be willing to share a sample document in a private message for testing purposes? Thanks for helping us make the product better!

    @antoinec sure no problem.

Hi @Garethterb , A set of updates to address your feedback is currently rolling out. Most of them are already available as part of the preview region (learn more about opt-in in to previews). A couple refinements will land there next week. At a high level, these better constrain selected words when tagging tables, and fix the overall experience when tagging overlapping words to be more intuitive.

We expect these to hit other public regions within the next week or two.

Do let us know if the changes work for you,
