Error when trying to retrieve data from the network - dataverse

Hi I have this app that uses dataverse as a data source. 

It works for users but it gives this error for few users and I'm not sure why. 

Their internets are fine. I think it's something to do with dataverse.

Do you have any idea what this error is about??

    You need to create Roles, and then add in custom entity for Dataverse tables add create/read/write/  permission.
    then you share from App you need to grand click on this new permission.
