    HI @ManishJain

Yes, you can convert the SSRS Report into PDF File in the Power Automate Flow by

Retrieving the PDF Download URL from the Console. You can get this URL from the Report Viewer.

Only thing here is to call the report and get the URL from the report viewer using HTTP POST REPORT VIEWER Action.

Step 1 â€“ Create a new flow and set the trigger.

Step 2 â€“ After you have your trigger, you need to add two variables to it, Report Name, Report PDF Data

Step 3 â€“ Then, add a List Rows action from the Data verse connector and configure it to lookup the report by the Report Name.

Step 4 – Setup the report viewer – Do this using the HTTP with Azure AD connector, specifically the Invoke an HTTP request action.

Step 5 â€“ Extract the PdfDownloadUrl from the Report Viewer page.

Step 6 – The start of the URL – Add a compose action for the following:

Step 7 â€“ Length of Pdf Download URL – Add a compose action for the following:

Step 8 â€“ Extract and convert the Pdf Download URL from the body – Add a compose action for the following:

    Gayu_7-1671709629387.png

    Step 9 â€“ Download PDF

Use */* in the Header section to avoid the JSON Error.

Step 10 â€“ Send an Email

Thank you for sharing the solution. If the report page doesn't contain the default values for some fields then how can we pass values to those fields automatically for different reports?

    Thanks in advance.

Hi, in this you will get the error "

you can fix this using the below approach

302 (The response is not in a JSON format) error in Power Automate for SSRS report" to fix this you can use the Do until loop

    Hello everyone,

the connector "HTTP with Azure AD" doesn't seem to exist anymore.

It seems it is replaced with the connector "HTTP with Entra ID"?

What do I need to enter in URL and URI of that connector, to successfully connect to Dynamics CRM?

Do we need to configure anything in Entra ID as well?

Update: Ok, got it to work. It's just the URL to the Dynamics application in both cases, without the closing slash.

Now I get the 404 error "The response is not in a JSON format." at step #9

Update 2: Ok, got that solved by replacing \u0026 with & in step #9.

Now I get a JSON back, which contains the PDF as Base64.

What I still don't get is where the ReportXML for the parameter 'CRM_Filter' is coming from. Can anybody help?
Figured it out, it's the Report PDF Data from the beginning; a Fetch-XML you can also get from inspecting the rendered report in the browser...
