Send Email with Options - TimedOut

Hi,

I have a Flow that was built 6-8 months ago that uses 'Send Email with Options'. In the Settings for this function I set the TimedOut to 'P1D'. In the past, after 1 day had passed, if the Approver click 'Approved' or 'Reject' they got a message explaining the Flow had timed out. Now, it just says 'Thanks for your reponse of Approved/Rejected ...'

Has something changed with this function, or do I need to adjust something? Here is the setup

Hello,

The TimeOut setting does work for Email with option action. Once it crosses the timeout, the flow run should technically fail with below error:

I kept the time out value as PT1M (1 minute), but you can try changing it to PT24H (instead of P1D) and see if that helps.

Yesterday when I was testing my Flow I was using P1M instead of PT1M ... P1M = 1 Month, I think, hence why the Flow wasn't indicating that it's Running State was cancelled.

After I changed it to PT1M I didn't re-test this output. I've just done this now and the Flow is responding as expected. Thanks for your input, I will mark us both as solutions 🙂
