Power Automate flows keep breaking

The Power Automate flows for our PowerApps application keep breaking. We are able to fix it by removing and re-adding all the flows and it works again, however we aren't sure why they keep breaking in the first place! They break every couple of days or so. Any insight into what might be happening? Thank you!
