Hello,

We are looking at using PA to manage our off boarding process.

So far we've got it to reset the password, disable the accounts, remove from the groups and take the licences but one thing that we do is convert the account to a shared mailbox.

Is it possible, using any method to automatically convert a mailbox to a shared one through an unattended method? Looking online, there were suggestions for Graph or Azure Functions

Any help or guidance will be greatly appreciated.
