    Hi @Sami3 ,

Do you have active session. Please make sure the target machine is unlocked and has an active user session for the account specified in the connection. If you're using Remote Desktop (RDP), ensure you're connected with a user account and not just viewing the desktop remotely.

Also make sure you’re signed in to the machine where Power Automate Desktop (PAD) is installed.

Also try restarting your system and check.

    Hi @Sami3 ,

    You can follow these steps:

    • Active Session: You can check if you have an active session by looking at your system tray or taskbar. If you see your user icon, it means you are currently signed in. If you hover over the icon, it should show your username.
    • Unlocked Target Machine: Make sure the computer you are trying to connect to is not locked. If it’s a Windows machine, you can press Ctrl + Alt + Del and select ‘Lock’ to unlock it. If it’s locked, you’ll need to enter your password to unlock it.
    • Active User Session for Specified Account: If you’re using Remote Desktop (RDP), ensure that you’re connected with a user account and not just viewing the desktop remotely. You can check this by looking at the top of the Remote Desktop window. It should show the username of the account you’re connected with.
    • Sign-in to Machine with Power Automate Desktop (PAD): To make sure you’re signed in to the machine where PAD is installed, open PAD and look at the top right corner. It should show your username. If not, click on ‘Sign In’ and enter your credentials.
