Planner task assignemnt notification

I am looking to create a flow that notifies the user assigned to a task in Planner via email on the assignment but I can't find an action that does that. I only see the assigned to me and this way each user will have to setup their own on their end which I am trying to avoid. Any help is appreciated 🙂
