I need help undersatnding flow licensing. It\ we have “Microsoft Flow for Office 365” with our Office 365 Enterprise E3 licensing. This includes creation of unlimited automated workflow and 2000 runs per month (per user).

So my question is if we have 500 licensed users in our environment do we get a total of 500*2000= 1,000,000 flow runs?

Or specifically, if I create a flow that is triggered when an Sharepoint item is edited, will it only run 2000 times before being throttled or do we get to share 500*2000 flows runs before being throttled?

Hi @SR11,

If you have 500 licensed users in your environment, each user in the environment would have 2000 runs per month,so the environment should have 500*2000= 1,000,000 flow runs totally.

If you create a flow that is triggered when an Sharepoint item is edited, if the flow is a team flow for each userin the environment, the flow would only run 2000 times for each user before being throttled.
