I am running into an issue where PDFs/uploaded documents via Jotform are not having the file content grabbed by PA's actions/trigger. Specifically, using the Jotform 'Upload Documents' widget. This appears to work intermittently in my flow, where the flow:
- Grabs the files (PDF) uploaded in the form.
- Creates a file in a SharePoint site.
Below is an example of where it does not work below (some information is redacted):
This is confirmed in the 'Create a file' step where the content section is blank:
I am in talk with Jotform Support but they have suggested to me that it might be a PA issue so I'm trying here to see if anybody can help or give their thoughts. Additionally, getting images seem to work fine, it's just this bit. I greatly appreciate any help/potential insight.
