Flow access to activity data excel

Hi

I would like to create a flow that send automatic email when a specific user doesn't update an Excel file in OneDrive business after 4h.

The Excel file is shared on OneDrive with few users. The idea is to send an email to my client (Brian) when my team (Matthew and Kitty) made a change in the document AND the client (Brian) didn't made any change 4h after the changes made by my team.

I was thinking about using conditions on the "Activity" data of the Excel file, but I can't see how to get those data in Flow.

Thank you for your help

    @vbabin

    We discussed a related topic some days ago... the conclussion we reach was that what you need can be done with Sharepoint, but for some reason cannot be done neither with OD4B nor with OneDrive

    Let's hope somebody else can suggest a reasonable workaround
