I have PowerApps application and I was deploying my app through PowerApps Pipeline from Dev to Test env or to PROD env.

it was working, but suddenly yesterday, when I deployed, the pipeline keeps loading and doesn't finishes, and there is no cancel or retry buttons. how can I fix this issue.

it just shows: currently deploying version 1.0.0.256

any ideas how to resolve the pipeline problem.
