Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I'm encountering an issue where my Power Platform deployment pipeline gets stuck at the "Pre-deploy in progress" stage and doesn't move forward, even though the solution validation passes successfully. We have created Host Environment where we create Deployment Pipeline Orchestrator App from Dynamics 365 App where we setup Environments Variable and Pipeline Stages. The solution is a managed solution, not a patch, and the version being deployed is 1.0.0.1. There are no missing dependencies, and the validation shows no errors. I have the Environment Maker role in both the source and target environments. Additionally, both environments are of sandbox type, located in the same region, and are marked as managed environments, which meets all the required conditions. We have also verified that all the necessary permissions are in place. Despite these confirmations, the deployment does not proceed beyond the pre-deploy stage. I would like to understand what might be causing this issue and how to troubleshoot or resolve it effectively.
