Automatic reply from Outlook to sender in Microsoft Teams

I would like that when I receive an email from person X. A message is automatically sent via Microsoft Teams to person X with always the same response. The content of the email is irrelevant.

So, incoming email > identify sender > send microsoft teams message to sender. Everything is internal so no external emails.

If someone could help please

This if for to send the alert to yourself with the sender details.
I want to send the alert to the person who wrote me the email.

The post shared by @Anonymous is the perfect way to go for you.

As seen in step 3 it shows the "From" variable.

In step 4 use the right recipient instead of self.
