Send an email to multiple recipients

Hi,

I have been stuck at one point & looking out for some help.

based on the form responses I need to send an email to multiple recipients.

If ever the user picks Marketing as an option then I would like to send an email to both the email ids added in the cell & if the user picks Finance then send an email to Finance@gmail.com alone.

TeamEmail Address
Marketing

marketing_US@gmail.com

Marketing_EU@gmail.com

HRHR@gmail.com
FinanceFinance_US@gmail.com

Thank you in advance!

    Hello mithushalk,

    I didn't get the point here. I reckon there's one choice option in your Forms survey. Have you tried to use 'Switch' function to distinguish which option value customer has chose and then send mail with above mentioned recipients.
    Do you ask for this approach or ask for how to split above multiple mail address?

    @mithushalk

    Where do you have the email address info stored?  In Excel?  In SharePoint?  You'll need to lookup the emails address.  or you can hard code them as suggested by @Johnnyg

    Hi @ScottShearer ,

    Thanks for the reply.

    I have my emails stored in SharePoint & I need to look up them instead of hard code.

    Any solution is appreciable.

    @Johnnyg

    I have 2 questions in the form
    1. Which department do you belong to?
    A. Marketing

    B. HR

    C. Finance

    2. Which region do you belong to?

    A. US

    B. EU

    C. APAC

    Based on both the questions selection I need to look at the email placed in SharePoint.

    DepartmentRegionEmail Address
    FinanceUSFinance_US
    MarketingEUMarketing_US

    The table will have a different email address for different regions & departments.

    If a user picks Finance (Q1) & US (Q2) then flow must pick Finance_US (Email id) & send an email.

    I hope this will give you a clear understanding.
