Substitue - for spaces in file name

Using the Rename file(s) File Action.
Rename scheme: Replace Text

 

How do I pass a space in as the Text to replace:

' ' seems to literally look for ' ' instead of just space.

space ' ' without the single quotes gives me an invalid value.
