Switching Flows on and Off using PowerAutomate Flow when they are in a solution

Hi

 

I need to switch flows on and Off when they are inside of a solution.  eg in the Centre of Excellence Solution.

 

When I try and do this, I get a 404 error the XRM workflow Table row could not be found.

    Yes works fine.  I only get this if the flow is part of a solution.
