Flow that sends email based on form response

Hey,

I've built a flow that sends email based on microsoft forms response (when new response is added), the issue is that I wanted it to be requester, and currently it seems that doesnt matter who in my organization use the form, the email is always sent from my address. I want it to always send email from person in my organization who responded in form.

    Your requirement to have the email sent from the person who submitted the form is not possible in Power Automate.  In Cloud Flows, the emails will be sent from the Flow Author by default.  There is a "Send as" feature but that would require that anyone who submits a form grant you permissions to send as them - not practical.

     

    I suggest sending from a Shared Mailbox and referencing the individual who submitted the Form in the subject and/or body of the email.  That way, the email will not come from you.
