New meeting screen - Availability of both attendees and rooms

When creating a screen "New Meeting Screen" there is an integrated gallery that shows available rooms after you have selected attendees, date and time and duration of a meeting.

In the Meeting Capture template, you can set up a follow up meeting and based upon attendees, it suggests times that everyone would be available. It would be great to add another gallery that then shows the available rooms on this screen, based on the previous settings. Has anyone managed to do this yet?

My biggest issue is tracing the variables and collections that are auto generated upon creation of the New Meeting Screen and that come preloaded in the Meeting Capture app.

My goal is to strip out almost all functionality from the Meeting Capture app and just have it so that you can book meetings for people

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?

Do you want to move the functionality from the "Meeting Capture" template app into this "New Meeting Screen"?

Yeah, you are right. Some collections and variables would be initialized automatically when you added the "New Meeting Screen" into your app, which is different from the mechanism within the "Meeting Capture" template app.

If you also want to preload these collection data when you run your app including the "New Meeting Screen", you could consider pre-populate these collections within the OnStart property of the App or OnVisible property of the inserted "New Meeting Screen". You could consider refer to the OnStart property of App in "Meeting Capture" template app, and the OnVisible property of each screen in "Meeting Capture" template app, then apply the logic to your current canvas app.

    Best regards,
