Flow timing out before response received from Approvals

Hi,

I'm trying to set up a flow based on when someone submits a new response in a Microsoft form I have created that it is sent for approval through the Microsoft Approvals app and if it comes back as accepted then a new task is created in Microsoft Planner.

I have set up the flow from new form response to Planner task and it worked fine, but when I added in the Approvals section my flow keeps timing out before a response is received. I had a look at other similar queries and managed to extend the time out length of the 'Start and wait for response' part of my flow, but my flow is still timing out. I extended the Approvals part to five days before time out, but my whole flow seems to be timing out after 15 minutes.

Can anyone help?

Can you provide a screenshot of the 'Start and Wait for Approval' action Settings? There is a timeout setting in that action that may be causing the problem.

Your approval action is set to timeout after 5 days. Is it timing out before then? If it is please share a screenshot of your flow and I'll try to help.

Yeah, I wanted to give people 5 days to approve or reject the new form submission. Most of my tests are timing out at 15 minutes or under. Here is the full flow:
