We are a vendor working for Microsoft using Dynamics for Microsoft (DfM) for CSS, supporting various Microsoft customers through online chat support and offline cases.
My question is: If we get any chat call/ping from Customer who are connecting for 'Online Support Agent' for quick resolution of their issue, can we get that chat case number or any alert immediately in Microsoft Teams group channels using PowerAutomate?
