Notification When Creating New Environment

Our organization is looking into adding a new sandbox and production environment to our Power Platform.
 
Is there any notification that is issued when a new environment is created?
 
We do not want all members of our organization with a license to be notified when a new environment is created.

    There is no option for that. And there is no notification trigger when a new environment is created for all users that has a license.
