Some users can't access application from browser or from mobile application. User receive error message: This app isn't working. Refresh your browser or try again later. After refreshing browser nothing is changed, user still can't access application. Other users can access normally application and can not reproduce this issue, it is specific to few users.

Do you know if the people that are not being able to access were recently granted access to the app or if they haven't access the app in more than a month?
I'm experiencing the same issue and I think I found the pattern for who can/cannot access the apps.
