My organization did setup multiple environments along with the dedicated COE Environment. The COE Toolkit installed on Jan'2022 after that there were no upgrades in place. Please find the below versions.

Center of Excellence - Core Components -3.34
Center of Excellence - Governance Components - 2.13
Center of Excellence - Audit Logs - 2.6

I don't see any custom setup with existing COE environment.

Now My organization would like to upgrade the COE tool kit, can I create a new environment and import latest COE Tool Kit then delete the old COE environment? or get the build for every 3months starts April2022 then upgrade multiple times ? what is the best way you can suggest ? is there any impact on other environments since my Dev and Prod are using some of the connectors ?

Please suggest with the best approach.
