Delete first trigger in a Flow

Hi PA Community

I have numerous variables being asked for in PowerApps but they don't exist anymore in the Flow and want to delete them.

I see this is a general problem in the product that is known but hasn't been fixed yet?

Also there is a workaround mentioned in this post  - https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/Initialization-Variable-NOT-going-away-No-Longer-Used-or/m-p/257631

to delete the first trigger and add it again.

When I delete it I'm not seeing exactly how you add it again, there doesn't seem to be a way to do that or am I missing it ?

Thanks!

Mark

When you delete the initial trigger, it should automatically prompt you to select and create a new trigger. Is that not what you're seeing?

    Hi @grantjenkins

No not for this particular Flow.

I tihnk something else is going on in the background causing intermittent issues.

I tried another Flow and it did present as you show above.

Also then tried the troublesome FLow from within PowerApps instead of Power Automate UI and it worked!
