PAPortal Upload js webfiles and "Blocked Attachments" setting

I have built a DevOps Release Pipeline to upload my Power Pages site to my downstream environments.

Is there a way to allow for all webfiles to be uploaded without removing the list of "Blocked Attachments" in the environment settings before I try to do the PAPortal Upload command?

Perhaps there is a setting? A script? or something that I can run to clear it before the Upload and rest it after the Upload so I don't have to do it manually (which defeats the purpose of the Pipeline )

I haven't tried it but assume it may be possible to automate an update of the field as it is exposed in odata
