help option if user makes a mistake

Hi,

Is there any way to ask again the question if the user makes a mistake answering the question and he wants to modify/change the answer ? which would be trigerred if user writes "back', "help" or something like that. I have only found the possibility to start the conversation from scratch.

Are you referring to Power Automate or Power Virtual Agents?
Power Automate is a workflow tool and does not have interaction with the user as you describe.
I believe you are referring to a conversational UI for which you need Power Virtual Agent.
You can call a flow from within PVA to perform a task based on user input.
