    Hi @shyouzu,

Do you want to trigger the flow when you only have read a document in SharePoint without any changes?

If you want to post a message to Teams when you have read a document in SharePoint without any changes, I think there is no way to achieve this in Microsoft Flow currently. There are no triggers of SharePoint connector to monitor if you have read a document of SharePoint already in Microsoft Flow currently.

If you would like this feature to be added in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:

    https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Flow-Ideas/idb-p/FlowIdeas

More details about the triggers of SharePoint connector, please check the following document:

    SharePoint connector

    Best regards,

    Kris
