Hi Team
I was wondering if anyone could get with an odd question.
I have an app an exhibition meeting app that works fine. However management want to know if there is a way to check how many users logged onto the app in a given event/ day/period?
Thanks.
Hello Manny,
I know that if you go to your environment, where you app is, and press the 3 dots to the side, there is an analytics (preview). In there you can see how many launches your app has, and how many different users has launched the app. It doesnt tell you which users has launched it though.
Hi MortenBak,
Thanks for the reply. Yes I have tried the analytics (preview). It shows various charts but numbers of users as 4. I know there were at least 80 employees who were logged into the app during the event using their laptops or phones. Maybe the analytics is not reliable?
Yeah, that doesn't seem right then, sorry that wasn't much help. Lets hope the analytics is just unrelieable, and thats why Microsoft has kept it in the preview state.I've talked with a coworker about it, he suggests exporting the report data from the analytics, as they might give other results than what is displayed on the webpage.
thank MortenBak, I will close thiis item as i think its an issue with Microsoft analytics not being reliable. Thanks for your help on this 🙂
