How to create Access Team and add Dynamics 365 user.

I have a Dataverse table and when a user create a record they add users for different roles (RACI model). Once the record is created I want to share it with the RACI users but they should only be able to read the record.

To my understanding for that I need to create Access team, I do not want to do it manually and need to automate it so please help me.
