I am struggling with something i think should be easy, have 2 lists

1. Inventory list with 4 columns Category (choice) / Site (choice) / Department (choice) / Name (Title Field)

2. Log list, with the same Columns (as text fields on sharepoint but change to dropdown on the form with lookup to list one), also has but additional checklist items

On my log list form i would like to i would like to have a cascading dropdown list but the Name dropdown would be dependent on all the other columns (Category / Site / Department)

The asset is the final dropdown, but is dependant on all three of the dropdowns above. Not sure how to do the filtering for it to work.

Hi @vandam2 ,

I assume Items property of all the three dropdowns above the Name dropdown are using a Distinct function. Items of the Name Dropdown please try below:

Distinct(Filter('Log list', Category = CategoryDD.Selected.Result && Site = SiteDD.Selected.Result && Department = DepartmentDD.Selected.Result),Name).Result

thank you for your help, i didnt know how to add multiple conditions, so the && was the thing
I also changed the filter to filter on the lookup list (inventory LIST)
Filter('InventoryLIST', Category.Value = CategoryDD.Selected.Value && Site.Value = SiteDD.Selected.Value)
