Hello, I have created an app that has 2 maps controls on it. both are supplied with longitude and latitude with a variable and not connected to any datasource. The problem is when I publish the app, the first map works perfectly fine but the second is saying "cannot connect to mapping service. Check your internet connection.". In editing mode, both maps works fine.
I have the same issue - did you manage to resolve?
I'm getting the same thing. The map was working fine for the last few months, now I get the "cannot connect to mapping service" error.One map works, but the other doesn't. Both maps work in canvas studio, but not when using the app.
@KarlNixon2 I see you just posted last week, I wonder if something is up with MS services. Did you place a ticket or find a solution?
Did you guys ever resolve this? I'm having the same issue, works in Studio but not on device
