Power Automate - Send Email with a Microsoft Form link to participants 2 days after an Event Ends

Hi Everyone!

I am new in Power Automate.

Is there a way where you can create a flow which send out email containing microsoft forms link to ask for feedback from participants 2 days after a specific event ends?

Been looking for something similar but no luck so far.

Hi @ShaikAmmar95

Assuming you are using the same form as a questionnaire? You ideally need somewhere to include the name, email and event date (Excel or a List).

Then you can simply setup a recurrence trigger (i.e. daily 9am?) and then filter the list or excel table where event date eq (today -2 days). Then using an apply to each on the results, send an email with a link to your form.
