hi everyone, i'd like to consult you below issue:

the database is sharepoint list , i need to update the items of the list every year yet keep the very first item (that's the proof for validation), and the original data contains about 20k items in excel, how do we delete all items in that sharepoint list except one and replace them with the new excel data? i've tried several ways but sharepoint just got locked and not respond in the process, could you please give your suggestions?
