I have created a flow that is triggered when an email is received by our Finance shared mailbox.
These attachments are usually Invoices
It takes the attachment and puts it in a document library along with some meta data such as who is it from, subject line, date etc.
This works well. in fact rather too well.
If an email is received the flow will put ALL attachments in the document library including any .png files with company logos etc, not ideal.
I have bodged a way around it by editing the All Items view with the Type column filtered to only show .pdf. docx .doc .xls .xlsx
How can I tell the flow to only use the formats I want?
