HTTP call failing????

I have a 3rd party service that I'm calling via the HTTP action.  It only allows for 5 requests per minute.  My flow calls it 4 times in a row and then waits another hour before calling it again. Randomly the flow fails because the external site says it's over the 5 requests.   During that time I can hit the page via web browser just fine.

Any thought if there is cahcing going on with the call, that once it fails it conitues to return the failure?  I already tried setting the retry policy to NONE with no luck.

    Hi @burgessm,

About the Retry policy, we could configure how many times the flow will retry when there is a transient failure. The default is four times, but you can adjust this or turn off retries entirely.

Have your turned off the Retry policy?

Please check the following doc for a reference:

    https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/four-connector-action-settings/

    Best regards,

    Mabel
