Pull data from Form to populate multiple fields in Word template

Hi everyone

I'm new to PA and have created a 4 step flow that does the following:

  1. When a new response is submitted (in MS Form)
  2. Get response details (MS Form)
  3. Populate a Microsoft Word template (This is a premium feature so I've activated the free trial to test this out)
  4. Create file (.docx in SharePoint location)

The problem: PA only "sees" and pulls in 15 of the 21 content control fields in the Word template so I can't map the rest of the fields.  The flow itself is working and creating a Word (.docx) output in SharePoint but the unmapped fields are empty.

Question: how can I get PA to pull in all the 21 content control fields so I can map them with the data collected from my MS Form?

Thanks in advance for your help and advice!

@AHFP Try creating place holders(content control) in word for all data coming form forms.

or if you are populating a table. You have to use continuous content control, use Array variable and append array variable.
