Is Power BI completely removed from PL-200 Certification

As per the change log
Import and visualize data by using dataflows and Power BI   Removed
Consume Power BI in Power Platform   Removed
Create and use dataflows   Removed
 
 
Does it mean Power BI is completely removed from PL-200?
