Download attachment to OneDrive for already existing emails

Hi there,

I am wondering if it's possible to loop over a folder in Outlook365 and download the attachment of these already existing emails to OneDrive for business. I don't see any option except for "when a new email arrives", but this won't be triggered if the email is sent before the flow is activated. If anyone knows how to fix / workaround this problem, I would be happy to hear.

Thanks in advance.

Kind regards,

Gijs

There is a Get Emails action that you could use with either a recurrence or a manual trigger to retrieve the emails from the mailbox and check them for attachments that need to be downloaded.

Thanks for your reply. I've tried to perform this action using Get Emails, but it doesn't work. Do you maybe have a document you can refer to? Searched the documentation but it's very thin about this subject.

Can you explain what you mean when you say it doesn't work?  Then I can try to help you over that issue.

I'm not sure how/why, but it now works with the "get emails" method. Thanks for your help!

Hello, I can't figure out how to get old email attachments from gmail to save to onedrive. The flow only works on new email?

Please post this as a new question on the forums.  It will get more notice and responses that way.
