I have the above work flow , which gets specific records called regions.
Let's say it retrieved 100 records.
now for each record I got to database and fetch couple of more records.
But my workflow is timing out...
Can you provide some tips or help how to avoid these time out issues...

Could you please take a try to set the concurrency control for the Apply to each to see if the issue still exists?
